"When we called Kathren she made an appointment to come to our home. She explained all the paperwork in detail and answered all our questions. She came and assisted us as we prepared our home for the showing including helping us remove materials She arranged several showings the first day and brought the contract to us the next day. Our lawyer was very impressed with Kathren’s thoroughness and promptness as indeed we were. Personable yet professional."
